If a wall sticker arrives damaged we will provide a no quibbles or fuss replacement once picture evidence has been provided.

If a wall sticker is reported as lost we will issue a free recorded replacement, please note it is not our policy to refund a lost parcel under any circumstances, we will issue a recorded replacement, this is to protect us against the old trick of fraudsters reporting the item lost and then saying "we have bought elsewhere now"

If you are at fault when ordering, for example if you order something wrong, didnt check sizes, just guessed the size because you couldnt be bothered to get a tape measure (it happens) we will accept the item back however we will not refund the value of the postage, while we want our customers to be really happy with us and come back, it isnt fair to ask us to pay for your mistakes or lack of care, we are extremely fair with you all we are asking is to be treated the same. 

If you simply change your mind (buyers remorse) the same applies as above, we will take the item back and refund you for the value of the item but ask that you pay for the cost we incurred to ship the item out to you.
